Mini Burek

The Mini Burek is made of one pastry layer which has been manually rolled out  and contains 25 % filling. This layer is also exceptionally thin. After the 102 g Mini Burek has been made, it proceed to a shock chamber where it is frozen at - 40 ˚C. Three pieces are packaged together in a aluminium foil 40 microns marked with our brand. Two folias containing three pieces are placed together in a carton box, thus making a 408 g product. This is a fresh frozen product and same as the Burek has an expiration period of 9 months. It can be baked 15 - 20 minutes in an oven at 210 ˚C..

Note: For the Mini Burek, there is no technological process to reduce preparation time that can comply with a baked and frozen product.
